The brief was as simple – as it was expected. "CREATE A FOOD SERVICE CATALOGUE THAT LOOKS TRUELY IRRESISTIBLE - even edible" ... SO this required New Zealand's best baker Mike Turige - who just happened to reside as baking R&D at Goodman Fielder and also one of New Zealands' best food photographers Greg Brookes to combine with the strategic creative of Phase3 to create what was to become one of the most successful food catalogue presentations ever for Goodman Fielder - lasting many iterations over a number of years - delivering new sales ops and growth via a quality printed selling that was later immortalised online.
